TAX NEWS & TIPS is published three times a year.    
  
To insure your order is shipped timely we need to receive your order by the following date.    

LATE ORDERS
Please contact us at 1-800-368-8477 if you are ordering after the deadline to insure
we can supply the current issue.

TWO FORMATS
The contents of the newsletter is the same for both formats.
The masthead area includes the title TAX NEWS & TIPS and the issue date.

PERSONALIZED 
We will personalize the masthead and the mail flap with information you want.

NON-PERSONALIZED  
You will need to add you own information with a label or rubber stamp to
the masthead & the mail flap.
If you attempt to print your masthead on the newsletter with your laser printer you will
discover it is much less hassle and less expense to have us personalize your issues.
Laser printers do not feed the pre-folded letters.

OTHER COSTS
Generally there is no extra charge for designing and typesetting your personalized masthead
and the mail flap for your initial order.

Special typesetting for some logos and photos may add a charge of $35.
We will let you know if there is an additional charge upon receipt of your art work.

To change your masthead or the mail flap because of an address or other changes
after your initial issue there is a small charge of $15.
Changes for mastheads with special typesetting for logos or a photo will cost $35.

Shipping IS including in the price
except for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and outside of the United States.

We normally ship via UPS ground delivery. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the U.S. via the U.S. Postal Service.

If you need special shipping there will be an additional charge.
